These general terms and conditions apply on all supplies by Airborne Catering.
2. Parties

3. Offer and conclusion of the contract
3.1 Products and services by Airborne Catering may vary in their composition, appearance, size or price from catalogues or online offers or from not being available at all. Airborne Catering does not assume any liability or warranty for the constant availability of its products or services. In case of unavailability of single components of ordered goods, Airborne Catering has the right to use similar products for the production of the desired goods.
3.2 Clicking the button "Submit order" as the last step in the ordering process represents a legally binding request and herewith the ordering of the goods in the shopping basket. The contract of purchase comes about when we accept your request by sending you an order confirmation per e-mail immediately after the receipt of your order.
3.3 Protection of minors:
We do not sell any kind of alcopops, spirits and aperitiffs nor wine, beer and cider to under 18-year-olds. The employees of Airborne Catering are to be shown a valid identification card on request. Relevant for the employees of Airborne Catering is the person acting as purchaser. If no valid identification can be shown on request or if the minimum age of 18 years has not been achieved yet, the ordered alcoholic beverages are not to be handed out. The whole order remains in any case and is binding. The alcoholic beverages will not be charged. The purchaser will get a new bill transmitted electronically.
4. Wording of contract
The wording of the contract is saved on our internal systems. The terms and conditions can be viewed on this page at any time. The ordering data will be sent to you by e-mail. After the completion of the order, the wording of the contract will, for safety reasons, not be available on the internet any more.
5. Cancellations
The customer has a right of cancellation by law.
In case of a cancellation up to 6 hours prior to the fixed delivery time, only items purchased especially for this order will be charged.
Orders that are cancelled less than 6 hours before the fixed delivery time will be fully charged.
6. Prices and delivery costs
6.1 The prices named on the product pages include the lawfully VAT.
6.2 The delivery costs depend on the amount of ordered goods as well as on the way of delivery and will be disclosed to you clearly before you transmit your binding offer.
6.3 We charge the following surcharges on short-term orders (less than 3 hours prior to delivery time):
invoice amount up to CHF 500.-: 25%
invoice amount from CHF 500.- up to SFr. 1000.-: 15%
invoice amount from CHF 1000.-: no surcharge
7. Delivery
We only deliver in the area of Zurich and its agglomeration.
8. Defective delivery
The customer is required to check the delivery at receipt. Any complaints are to be reported to the team of Airborne Catering at the time of delivery. No warranty or liability is assumed for deficiencies reported later on.
9. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the total value of the supply in any case. No liability is assumed for neither the aesthetic or culinary liking of our products or services nor for sufficient satiation of the customer respectively his guests or customers. In case of deficiency of service of Airborne Catering, solely the appropriate surplus costs for a substitute equivalent to our service will be covered. Advanced liability for the success of a customer's event or the like is declined.
10. Payment
Payment is to be made either per bill, money transfer, credit card or cash in CHF, EUR or USD.
