Shopping - fast, comfortable and simple
With Airborne Catering you can comfortably shop twenty-four-seven over the internet - quite simply from at home. Browse through our range of products and have a relaxed look at our offers. If you are interested in a product, click on it to get more information. To find products easily and fast, you can use the field "Search".
Your shopping cart
On the pages with the product details there is an input field for the amount and a button "Add to shopping cart". Enter the desired amount first and then click onto "Add to shopping cart" to save the product to your virtual "Shopping list".
Afterwards you can continue shopping, add more products to your shopping cart or edit your order.
Some products are kept in different versions: Here you first have to pick your desired type, for example a specific size or colour, before you add the product to your shopping cart.
We set a high value on comfort
With the function "Price in other currencies" international visitors can have themselves shown how much a product costs in their own currency. The indication, however, only shows an approximate value: The actual calculation is made by the current exchange rate, which may vary from the displayed rate.
With the link "Add to memo" you can "mark down" products without obligation until your next visit, but for this you need to activate cookies. With the function"Show memo" you can later recall the marked down products.
With the link "Recommend this product" you can send an e-mail to friends and family if you find a product that might be of interest to them. For this, our shop opens your e-mail-software and automatically creates a message containing a link that the receiver can directly click.
Edit your order
Click the spot "Show shopping cart" if you want to have a look at your current order. You now get an overview of the articles you have put into the shopping cart before. If you want to change the quantity of order subsequently, write the new amount in the field "quantity" and click the button "Update subtotal". To remove a product completely from your order, click the delete icon next to the product. To view details about a product in the shopping cart, click the respective name. If your order is complete, click the button "Proceed to check-out".
Modes of dispatch and payment
In the following window you can choose your preferred mode of dispatch. If mailing expenses apply, they will be shown here. Mark your choice and click "Continue" to get to the modes of payment. There you decide upon a mode and click "Continue" again.
Your address
Now a window opens in which your personal data that you provided with your registration is shown. In case your data has changed since, click the link "Edit your personal data" and change the information in the now open dialogue window. If you want to specify a different shipping address, you can do so in this form as well. In addition, you have the possibility to include a message to us. If you have finished your entries, click "Continue".
Summary
Afterwards the order summary opens, in which your order is displayed again with all data in an overview. Please check if all entries are correct, all articles and their quantity are right and if you have picked your desired modes of dispatch and payment. From this display you can also look at our terms and conditions, because you have to agree to them before completing your order by checking the respective box. Then click "Submit order" to complete your order. Shortly afterwards you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Written order
If you have decided upon a written proceeding of ordering, you have to open the ordering form via the link "Print your order" in the window "Order successful" and print it via the function "Print" of your webbrowser, fill it in legibly and fax or send it to us.
